Social Researcher
Our client an Executive Agency is looking to recruit a Social Researcher to join their communications department. You will work to provide an insight to the Head of Communications on staff behaviour and responses.
The role will involve:
• Constructing and delivering a regular process of engagement monitoring to inform of the success of various forms of communication activity.
• Providing accurate data in order for better informed communication work to be planned and delivered
• Forming allegiances across the communications directorate to raise awareness of this new role and of the provision of this service.
• Creating from scratch, a method of research to investigate staff behavioural responses to changes within the communications department
• Working to the Head of Communications to advise on type of research and design the appropriate survey or poll
The successful candidate will:
• Be capable of learning a newly created surveying computer package used within the agency.
• Show experience in social research.
• Demonstrate their ability to construct a new and appropriate research method to meet this need.
• Be able to communicate their research intentions and findings effectively to the Head of Communications.
