Asset manager

A new and challenging post has arisen for an Asset manager. You will be working within a leading housing association in East London.

You will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of building and technical services to a diverse property portfolio, by delivering both planned and day to day maintenance and advising colleagues on property services related issues.

You should have a history in Building related discipline, have a successful track record within building maintenance, be experienced in contract management, project management and have the ability to lead and deliver on procurement.With excellent customer service, budgeting and financial skills you will be committed to involving the customer as a key partner.
