As Asset Investment Manager you will ensure the delivery of excellent repair and maintenance contracts together with all other planned and cyclical works to our housing stock.
With a strong background in property related discipline and significant experience of managing contracts at all levels, ensuring services are delivered in a customer focussed manner, of the highest standard and in line with our boards’ aspirations of value for money.
A proven senior management background is essential, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification. This will be matched with excellent leadership skills and a demonstrable track record of strategy implementation and performance improvement.
The ability to forge close links with a number of stakeholders will also be important.
