Customer Participation Officer

In this role you will actively encourage customers to participate which suits them
Promote ways in which customers can play a greater role in decision making in order to improve services.
Create new or support and improve existing Tenant & Resident Associations
Develop and build on existing partnerships in the community, voluntary sector and other public organisations
Support staff to fully involve customers at all times

To be considered for this role you must:
demonstrate kowledge and awareness of the social housing sector
Work within a community environment
Familar with creating new and developing existing groups
An understanding of the Housing Corporation and Audit Commission requirements
Experience of working with policies and procedures
Ability to handle difficult situations
Hold a current driving licence
IT Literate

Final Salary Pension Scheme
