The Customer Finance Team is responsible for the collection of rents, water charges, service charges and arrears from Local Authority Housing tenants.
The team is currently looking for two additional Recovery Officers who will be required to monitor and recover rent and water charge arrears and other housing related debts.
We are looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals with previous customer service, housing or debt recovery experience to join our high performing team. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a firm but fair approach to enable them to achieve results. The successful candidate will also need to have a car and full, clean driving licence.
The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory clearance by the Criminal Records Bureau.
