Extra Care Visiting Officer

You will be part of a team but working independently you will be undertaking visits to client's homes and completing a housing assessment via a Housing Application Form.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of working with elderly clients whilst having an awareness of older person's needs, possess a current enhanced CRB and have the skill set to complete a housing application form and a housing needs assessment. You will also be liaising with multi agencies.

You must be a car driver.
