Havebury Housing Partnership is a successful stock transfer housing association operating in a delightful part of the country. We own and manage nearly 6,000 homes in Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. We have a turnover of over £20m, a healthy new build programme, and ambitious plans. Steve Cook, who has led the organisation since establishment in 2001, is retiring, and we are looking for a dynamic first rate leader to move us to the next stage in our development.
We have much to be proud of: examples include customer satisfaction at 92%; a RIBA award for sustainability design in new homes; and TPAS accreditation for tenant involvement (the first East Region HA to achieve this).
Can you offer ...
- Breadth of vision and exemplary leadership skills?
- Significant senior level experience in housing or a related field?
- A track record of leading and inspiring staff to deliver excellence?
- Outstanding communication skills?
- Strong business acumen?
- The ability to develop effective relationships with customers and stakeholders?
If the answers are yes, we want to hear from you!
