Cobalt Housing Ltd
Location: Lower House Lane, Liverpool
Temporary position for 6 months

A temporary opportunity has arisen in Cobalt’s Housing Services Department to provide administration cover in the ASB Team due to Maternity leave.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• To provide Admin support to the ASB Manager, ASB Prevention Officer and ASB Housing Officers

• Take referrals and enquiries and when necessary arrange ASB Officer visits

• Input ASB referrals on to database

• Maintain existing monitoring systems

• Collate statistics and information to aid performance management

• Participate in and carry out customer consultation exercises as and when necessary

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. The successful applicant will have experience of working within tight deadlines and have the ability to network. They will be expected to maintain confidentiality at all times and must be able to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations. They will have a broad range of IT skills.
