Emergency Planning Manager - Local Council - West Midlands

West Midlands based Local Council is seeking an Emergency Planning Manager to start a 3-6 months contract immediately.

The Emergency Planning Manager must have the ability to write complex reports for senior management; to arrange and take the lead at seminars and meetings; have a working knowledge of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004; be experienced in Budget Control and have managed a team with a diverse range of responsibilities before.
