Floating Support worker

We are currently recruiting for a housing provider within the Warwickshire area. They have an urgent need for a floating support worker to pick up and manage a caseload for a client group of young people.

Duties include:
* Managing own caseload for around 10 clients
* Key working with individuals
* Offering benefits and budgeting advice
* Helping with life skills support
* Assisting in independent living

It is essential that the successful candidate has a recent CRB and has strong administration skills. This position if an immediate start and will be working for an indefinite period. Should you have the skills and experience for this role then please apply online for immediate consideration.
