We are currently recruiting for staff to cover a 24 hour contact centre in the Leicestershire area. The service provides support to vulnerable people in the area. You will be required to work on a shift pattern including working evenings and weekends. You will be required to:

* Take inbound calls from elderly or vulnerable tenants who may need emergency help.
* Resolving any issues in a calm manner.
* Ensuring that all calls are answered promptly and in a professional manner.

The successful candidate must be able to remain calm in pressure situations, have excellent customer service skills and ideally have used the Tunstall system. previous experience in a contact centre, or an emergency services call centre is essential.
