Choice Based Lettings Officer

Operating in a team of 2, you would be responsible for the choice based lettings process of approximately 4000 properties. The role is looking for an experienced re-housing officer that is confident in choice based lettings and has experience in the use of Northgate systems.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update Internal transfer lists.
* Manage Choice based lettings on the system
* Provide advice/guidance to residents on allocations and re housing matters.
* Liaise with Occupational therapist and medical practitioner's with regards to the special needs of residents.
* Attend allocations meetings and ensure all actions are progressed.
* Ensure the allocation of void properties to target.
* Used Northgate specifically to allocate and advertise properties
