Housing Options Officer

A leading local authority based in the Nottinghamshire area is looking to appoint a Housing Options Officer for a temporary contract for 3-6 months. You will be interviewing applicants and investigating cases and making decisions using the Housing Act 1997 Part VII and, issuing section 184 decision letters. To be considered for this role you will have proven experience as a Housing Options/Homeless Officer and have a good working knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 Part VII.
