Responsible for leading a diverse team for a social housing client which delivers a quality,
responsive maintenance service to a wide range of customers, you will have excellent
people management and communications skills. You will maintain one
of our clients' most important assets, so that they can provide affordable homes
for decades to come, and you will be able to make an important
contribution to the future development and success of this association. Whilst previous social housing experience is ideal, it is essential that you have vision, strong business management skills and can spend money wisely. You will also be skilled in managing change, continuous
service improvement, and know how to get the best out of your team. This role is at the top of the repairs and maintenance structure for this housing association and is a fantastic opportunity for you to take the responsive maintenance service to the next level. It also comes with an excellent benefits package.
