My client is an established housing association in West London and they require a proven manager with excellent leadership skills to join their team on a permanent basis. You will come from within the property services sector and it is imperative that you have a recognised technical qualification.
To be considered for this position you must:
Demonstrate that you excellent leadership skills and that you are the right person to drive, manage and motivate a team of 7 staff.
Have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Be capable of managing a budget of £8m per annum.
Provide evidence that you have devised and developed business plans and strategies.
Have working knowledge of health and safety, CDM and disrepair legislation.
