Are you a highly motivated sales person? If so, Badenoch & Clark have the role for you. We are looking for a sales and Marketing Officer to join a lively team in one of London's best Housing associations. This role is target focused and will suit somebody with sales experience, not necessarily in the public sector.

Candidates should apply if you demonstrate the following:

•Clear evidence of hitting/beating targets
•Ability to self manage a portfolio of properties looking to market shared ownership and home buys
•Ability to plan and organise open days for marketing the stock
•Confident at getting and closing a sale
•Able to keep up with the admin side of sales
•Strong IT skills
