Badenoch & Clark are currently recruiting on behalf of a large, progressive Housing Association in the Cambridgeshire area. The client is looking for someone to ensure a customer focused neighbourhood management service for an area office.
This position is offered to someone who can fulfil the following requirements.
Management and leadership of a team of Housing Officers.
Responsibility for the development and training of staff.
Overall management of all neighbourhood issues.
Ensuring rent arrears procedures are followed, tenancy conditions are complied with.
