Project Officer
The main duties of this role include:
•Working within the Supporting People Programme role, specifically to progress the service review process.
•Collecting, analysing and reporting on performance in the voluntary sector in accordance with the Department's contract with Supporting People.
•Monitoring, reviewing and disseminated service KPI information to ensure service performance complies in accordance with the contract specification
•Conducting validation visits to providers of supported accommodation by consulting with managers, staff and service users at each service.
•To prepare and present information for briefings and reports to management teams as required.
Successful candidates will have the following:
•Experience of Supporting People monitoring and recording requirements
•Experience of working with the voluntary sector
•A working knowledge of common research and survey methodology
•Ability to take formal notes at meetings and produce accurate, concise minutes in a standard style and format
•Ability to analyse and present information using IT software packages (e.g. Word Processing, Database and Spreadsheet applications)
This is a fantastic opportunity offering an 18 month contract working 3 days a week. A car driver is desirable and the successful candidate will have an up to date CRB.
