Badenoch & Clark are currently looking for an experienced Generic Housing Officer to join a medium sized, reputable Housing Association in the Cambridgeshire area. The successful candidate will have previous generic housing experience, be confident in their ability to carry out the following job role and be available for an immediate start.

You will be responsible for providing housing management to a portfolio of 600 general needs properties.

You will:

•Have a good knowledge of housing law and benefits
•Be able to assist tenants in benefit applications
•Have previous tenancy management experience dealing with large numbers of units
•Hold a valid UK driving license

You will also have experience dealing with Neighbour Nuisance and Anti Social Behaviour.
Other duties to include:

• Tenancy management
• Mutual Exchanges
• Property inspections
