Badenoch & Clark are currently working on behalf of a dedicated Sheltered Housing provider in the North Cambridgeshire area who looking to recruit an experienced Sheltered Scheme Manager for a full time position. The role will entail keeping in contact with residents, offering a daily visit and check up.
The successful candidate will:
· Part manage a scheme consisting of 52 units.
· Provide Housing support to elderly tenants.
· Handle all housing related issues including Health & Safety.
· Manage all external relationships.
· Deal with repairs and maintenance issues.
· Develop and maintain care plans and risk assessments.
This position is offered to the right candidate who can provide an effective service to elderly tenants within a sheltered environment. The right person will have previous experience in a scheme manager role and be ready for an immediate start.
