A great permanent opportunity for a forward thinking Responsive Repairs and Void Team Manager is available within a large housing association based in London.
The role will include managing the responsive maintenance service across social housing properties. You will have the autonomy and authority to make management decisions concerning the maintenance of over 10,000 properties and lead a team of 8 + experienced surveyors.

It is essential that you have worked in a high volume maintenance environment within social housing, possess a relevant building qualification and have managed substantial budgets effectively.
You must have previous managerial experience in driving teams to achieve, and be committed to delivering a quality service to customers.
