An Immediate Start for a Experienced Housing Project Worker

Badenoch & Clark is looking to recruit an experienced Support Worker for 3 month temporary contract based in the Surrey area. Our client is an industry national charity who requires a candidate to provide support to vulnerable adults with complex generic needs including Drug & Alcohol issues and some undiagnosed Mental Health problem.

The main responsibilities are to:
•Provide a support service to a demanding case load of vulnerable adults and empower the clients to live as independently as possible in a Project environment.
•Develop Support Plans and carry out Risk Assessments to ensure the client's safety at all times.

Essential Requirements:
•A minimum 6 months recent experience supporting vulnerable adults with challenging needs.
•A valid CRB check within the last year.
