The post holders will be fundamental in the delivery of support services, encouraging people to participate in decisions about the services they receive. Duties will include facilitating and encouraging social activities and the use of communal facilities by the wider community.
The successful candidates will have recent experience of dealing with people on a face to face basis and will have worked with vulnerable people in a caring or support capacity. With the ability to address the complex needs to some of our most vulnerable residents, you will be able to work on your own initiative in line with policies and procedures liaising with partner agencies where required.
The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory clearance by the Criminal Records Bureau.
