An exciting opportunity has opened up due to promotion for a finance manager, leading the financial accounts team in this large, reputable organisation. This role will see you managing a team of 7 assistant accountants to ensure that all financial accounting procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for leading on the implementation of new accounting processes to improve the efficiency of the department

Based in the organisation's newly refurbished offices in Central London, this job comes with an exceptional benefits package including a bonus and final salary pension. * Are a fully Qualified accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a financial accounting role
* Have a commercial focus stemmed from experience of accounting in the private sector
* Have experience of managing a team of finance professionals
* possess the creativity and drive to implement new systems and procedures and lead a team
