Our client is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) based in London. Due to a change in the operating procedure with their contractors, they are currently looking for a quantity surveyor with experience of working within a maintenance environment.

The ideal candidate will have either a client facing background, or have previously worked for a contractor partnering in to a housing association, ALMO or council.

The role will primarily involve working alongside the contractors helping to measure value for money by monitoring what is being spent on each job. This will then be reported back to the management team, analysed and any changes and KPI's put in place.

The role is expected to last for a minimum of 6 months. To apply please forward us your CV and we will contact you thereafter.
