A Midlands based litigation team is currently looking for a property litigation locum for an ongoing period. The right candidate will have a background in property litigation gained from either the private or public sector. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to the following:
•Landlord & Tenant
•Forfeiture by peaceable re-entry
•Service Charge Disputes
•Breach of Lease
•Rights of way and Boundary Disputes
This is an excellent opportunity to specialise in a niche area within a well respected public body.
