Housing Officer - Rents

You will maximise the collection of rent payments and ensure that arrears are kept to a minimum, providing welfare benefits, other financial advice and where appropriate initiate, progress and conclude legal action, including representing the Trust at court.
With a good understanding of the issues around rent arrears, income management and tenancy management, you will also need good IT, communication, organisational and numeracy skills.
