Project Worker x 2 (Temporary Accommodation)

Our Temporary Accommodation Team provides supported accommodation for people who are homeless, where the emphasis is on empowering and enabling residents to develop life skills and set independent living goals.
You will work with your own caseload of service users to develop and implement individually tailored support plans. You will maintain accurate client records and attend case conferences, as well as accompanying service users off-site to various appointments.
Shifts vary between the hours of 8am and 10pm and currently include covering one weekend in three.
The successful applicants’ appointment will be subject to satisfactory clearance by the Criminal Records Bureau.
