Service Improvement Officer
Establishing consistent and effective approaches to policy and strategy development across the organisation is a key element of the role, alongside ensuring developments in the wider government agenda are considered, and where appropriate embedded in organisational practice. Both of these are critical areas that will help determine the ongoing success of the business. You will have the vision to help and advise Managers and staff whilst also ensuring effective project management leads to continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who will be able to advance our existing culture of cross cutting service improvements, for example, through coordinating customer satisfaction monitoring and developing the service improvement plan. You will also take responsibility for the submission of entries for appropriate awards and recognition, including Chartermark Customer Excellence Award.
This diverse and exciting role requires an enthusiastic, highly motivated and well organised individual. You will have excellent IT skills, attention to detail and the ability to formulate new ideas whilst listening to detailed and informed feedback from staff, the Board and customers.
