We have a position for an NVQ assessor to lead and drive development of Training contracts for a an exciting training provider.
The Training Co-ordinate's role involves providing the professional lead for managing, implementation and delivery of training contracts for NVQ, Skills for Life and other work-based contracts.
Main Responsibilities
•To be responsible for the efficient and effective achievement and implementation of training contracts in relations to the company's stated business objectives.
•To proactively market to and engage SME's in work-base training programmes
•To manage the delivery of workplace qualifications to ensure learners progress to successful completion through tailored information advice and guidance
•To effectively manage a team of trainers, assessors and internal verifiers and plan and support their development
•To undertake assessment of a caseload of learners within a specified time frame in accordance with contracting and awarding body requirements.
•To implement and monitor quality systems including preparing reports for self assessment.
•Secure centre approval for qualifications as appropriate; ensure working to standards of Awarding Bodies and liaise with external verifiers/moderators appointed by awarding bodies.
