Associate Director of Fundraising - Corporate
Are you looking for a senior level role within the charity sector? If so a fantastic opportunity has come up with one of the UK's largest children's charities. They are looking for an Associate Director of Fundraising - Corporate to head up their corporate fundraising team and become a member of the Fundraising & Communications Leadership Board.

Your role will be to direct and lead the UK wide corporate fundraising activities in order to significantly grow income assisting the Director of Fundraising in the strategic direction, planning and development of UK Fundraising.

You will be devising and producing a strategy, successfully deliver operational plans and formulate budgets whilst directing and managing the Corporate Fundraising Team. You will lead, manage and grow a profitable portfolio of corporate accounts and work closely with senior colleagues in Children's Services to develop specific fundraising opportunities that meet the needs of the organisation and those of potential corporate supporters.

Essential
Demonstrate an appropriate level of relevant experience of acquiring, developing and maintaining major corporate accounts
Experience of fundraising with major corporate organisations
Experience of working in a large and diverse organisation
Experience of defining strategic business objectives and of successful execution
Motivating, leading and managing a geographically dispersed team with experience of performance management
A working knowledge and understanding of the corporate environment and Corporate Social Responsibility
