Swim are looking for a lettings advisor on a part time basis as a Job Share.
There are 2 options of hours which are as follows: Afternoons Monday to Friday 2.5 days – Wed afternoon Thursday all day and Friday all day
The Client is looking for a start date at the beginning of November.
The main purpose of this role will be to process lettings ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines to an appropriate level of quality.
The Key Responsibilities of this role is to
·Perform Lettings Advisor duties for a designated area, ensuring that the Allocation of properties is fair and complies with Anchor's Allocations Policy and processes.
·To process requests for Housing staff/relatives of staff through Housing Determination Forms.
·Ensure regular and consistent communication with the immediate team.
·Build, maintain and understand Anchor's relationships with Local Authorities to maximise letting potential and provide quarterly returns.
·To establish good working relationships with scheme managers so as to maximise lettings potential.
·Provide regular feedback and support to immediate manager regarding team activities and progress.
·Undertake and contribute to adhoc projects as required.
·Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
