NVQ Assessors Customer Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NVQ Assessor in Customer Service within an established training provider that provides excellent benefits.

The position for the NVQ Assessor is in West Yorkshire, the position is full time and permanent. The salary is from £20-£22k, dependant on skills and experience.

Main Duties-
• To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of qualifications/frameworks through training and assessment to a caseload of learners in their workplace.
• This involves ensuring that the learners receive appropriate support and reviews based on their individual needs.
• The successful candidate will ensure that their learners complete the qualification within contracted timescales.
• To aid in the recruitment of learners, being rewarded by their successful development.

Specific Requirements-
•Vocational Experience in Customer Service
•Good interpersonal skills
•Committed to leaner development
•Have attention to detail
•Good knowledge of NVQ assessing
•Have D32/33 or A1
• You will be able to drive and have access to your own car.
