A well known charity based in Horsham, Surrey is looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Administrator. This is a permenant position starting immedialty, they are looking to pay the successful candidate between £22, 583 and £23,807 (Dependant on experience)

The role will involve:

•Assisting the Payroll Manager in the accurate and timely payment of salaries and pensions.
• Preparation of data for the reconciliation of payroll costing and monthly management accounts.
•Making authorised amendments to annual salaries/pensions in excess of £75,000 per month.
•Production of payrolls for staff and pensioners at an annual cost of approximately £46 million.
•Assisting in the Payroll for 2,300 clients, i.e. staff and pensioners.

Person Specification:

•Significant general payroll experience to include experience working with a similar size payroll.
•Previous experience of supervising staff.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be required to work effectively in part of a small payroll team (five members) and so must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
