Business Intelligence Manager

My client, a leading Housing Association in the North West is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to provide and develop a comprehensive business planning and performance management process to achieve excellent performance.
Main Areas of Work:
- Report to the Head of Development & Business Intelligence on all matters relating to best practice and performance.
- Provide and develop a performance management strategy, policies and procedures to ensure service excellence, highlighting any areas of under performance and working with Managers to provide solutions to reverse negative trends.
- Assist in the review and implementation of best practice policies, procedures and service provision, working to improve the provision of services to both internal and external customers.
- Provide line management, leadership, and monitor the performance of Business Intelligence Analysts, Complaints Coordinators and the Administrative Assistant, ensuring targets and deadlines are achieved. Develop staff to fulfil their potential through appropriate training and development opportunities.
- Provide effective reports and dissemination of intelligence to staff and stakeholders.
- Manage and develop the Complaints service, ensuring an efficient and effective service is provided to Managers, customers, stakeholders, Elected Members and MP's. Ensure that learning from complaints feeds into the Performance Management system.
The ideal candidate will have experience of business planning, business development or performance management at team leader level, preferably within a housing environment; leadership & management of staff and project management.
