Youth Offending Team Worker - ISSP

Swim are looking for a Youth Offending Team Worker to join this young offenders secure estate on a full time contract basis.
The purpose of the post will be to prevent offending by children and young people and to work as a member of the Youth Offending Services in delivering the full range of services to reduce and prevent offending.
The role will be to work with children and young people up to 18 years old, who have contact with the Criminal Justice system or are seen as at risk of offending and to work with those, supporting these young people, ie., volunteers, mentors, sessional staff, Panel members.
To apply to this post you must have previous experience working with Young Offenders preferably within a secure estate or be a newly qualified social worker and have completed a placement within a youth offending team.
