Our Caretakers have a vital role in ensuring that our customers live in a clean and safe environment. The successful applicant will be customer focused and dedicated to improving the quality of the environment for our customers.

You will need to be committed and flexible to ensure that the block you are working in is cleaned and maintained to an agreed standard and you provide a high level of service to meet the needs of our customers.

The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory clearance by the Criminal Records Bureau.
