Stockport Homes is an innovative, modern arms length housing organisation (ALMO), created in October 2005 employing over 330 staff and managing 12,000 properties across the borough of Stockport.

We have recently gained a 3 star ‘excellent’ rating in an audit commission inspection, which has given us a multi million pound investment programme to invest in our housing stock.

You will be the first point of contact providing information, advice and assistance to our customers. You will deal with a wide range of enquiries regarding housing and related services. In addition, you will register and assess applications from customers who wish to secure accommodation through Stockport Homes.

The successful applicant will possess an excellent customer care approach and will display effective IT and communication skills.
