Swim are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join Bedford's Older Persons team.

The role will be to work with service users to assess their needs, identify options for meeting these needs, negotiate and review appropriate care within the Department's priorities. To work with service users and/or liaise with service providers from within the Department or other agencies, as necessary.

An enhanced CRB and GSCC registration are required for this role, the post is full time and is for a minimum of 3 months.
