Head of Facilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Facilities to join a leading NHS Foundation Trust committed to innovation in patient care, research and development.
Duties include;
Taking a Lead in all matters relating to the operational management and strategic development of all aspects of Facilities.
Taking responsibility for all soft services including cleaning, catering, security and hotel services.
Managing Facilities contracts
The desired candidate will possess a masters degree or equivalent professional qualification, extensive staff management and service management experience, at a senior level. They will possess extensive knowledge in regards to health and safety and risk assessment and will hold a membership for an appropriate professional body i.e. HCIMA or BIFM.

Salary:£50000 - £65000 per annum
