Our client a leading Housing Association is seeking a Head of Portfolio Investment. The candidate must be an experienced and dynamic individual with significant experience in managing construction projects and strong leadership skills.

The key areas of responsibility are: planned investment works (kitchen/bathroom/heating/electrics), cyclical external works, gas compliance, mechanical & electrical servicing, asbestos compliance, energy efficiency, aids and adaptations, empty property management and property sales.

The right candidate will have vast experience in managing a large team dealing with Decent Homes programmes.
The role of the Portfolio Manager is to provide the Asset Management teams with strategic direction by collating the specialist information and requirements combined with the overall organisational strategy. To achieve this the Portfolio Manager will work with the technical standards and contract managers to devise and deliver investment and development works.
