Our Client, A Housing Associations based in London is looking to recruit a Policy Officer. The role offers the chance to develop and maintain current housing policies, whilst managing policy reviews and service improvement.

You will be:
-Managing the development of housing policies across the Group
-Developing and Coordinating a system to monitor, record and report organisational activity.
-Analysing data to assist in making policy proposals
-Assisting the Research and Statistics Officer with performance reporting
-Supporting the Performance and Quality Manager to evaluate and develop new methods of setting and communicating organisational goals
-Facilitating in continuous improvement reviews and impact assessments

You will have:
-Substantial housing policy background
-Good understanding of practical housing policy implementation
-Experience of conducting impact assessments and service reviews
-Good IT skills
-Ability to analyse data and recommend appropriate changes.
