Customer Service Officer

One of clients based in North London is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Officer to work in their Generic Call Centre for the Housing Directorate.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a call centre within the public sector previously to be considered for this post.
The following is essential
(1) An excellent telephone manner with good communication skills as you will be representing and handling queries on behalf of the council
(2) Experience of handling complaints in a calm and professional manner
(3) Experience of working to targets to minimise call waiting times for customers
