Quantity Surveyor

My client a leading full-service construction business with more than 2,000 employees in the UK. Working for private and public sector clients on projects from £50,000 to more than £300 million, the company's construction activities range from small works, repair and maintenance services to large-scale complex projects across the commercial, defence, education, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing sectors.

The construction and regeneration group which operates through five specialist divisions of affordable housing, development, construction, fit out and infrastructure services. The business's core expertise is in building for education, healthcare, industrial and commercial organisations where it undertakes new build, refurbishment, special works and maintenance projects under a variety of procurement routes.

My client has successfully opened brand new premises in Theale (Near Reading) to Service Both Berkshire & Oxfordshire conveniently located with close proximity to the M4.

This office benefits from a number of large frameworks and they have also recently won a number of large commercial D&B projects locally.

In terms of continuity, the company is committed to cutting down on time spent travelling to projects and focus's on a local order book.
