Senior Quantity Surveyor required for role based in Hampshire.

We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor that is able to run 2 - 3 projects at any one time. The project types are split between two divisions. The first specialises in design and build social housing new build which, given the current economical climate is a relatively safe and steady market. The other area is private housing refurbishments.
The role will involve the running of both types of projects simultaneously, which will provide a diverse working day keeping interest and motivation levels high.
The successful candidate will need to have experience running similar projects from inception to completion. Although candidates from a developer background are not excluded from this role some main contracting experience is necessary.
