Swim are looking for a Social Work Assistant to work within Lincolnshire's Adults Team. The post would ideally suit a Newly Qualified Social Worker who is awaiting their GSCC who completed a placement within an adults or care management team or a Social Work Assistant with previous experience of working within a adults social services team.

The post is full time for the next 3 months. You must have a current enhanced CRB and be free to start asap.
